Casey Michael Henry is a writer and editor based in New York City. His work often concentrates on the relationship between technology, media, and literature. In 2016, he received his Ph.D. in English from the City University of New York Graduate Center. Before that, he received his B.A. in American Literature and Culture from UCLA.

He has published in The New Yorker's Page-Turner, The New York TimesBookforum, Critique: Studies in Contemporary FictionThe Los Angeles Review of Books, and Aeon magazine, among other venues.

Currently, he is at work on a novel about the relationship between comedy, hip-hop, and religion in a near-present day NYC.
